What counts as an 'active driver'?

Any driver who logs into the app and completes at least one task in the billing month. Inactive drivers don't count, so seasonal teams pay only for what they use.
What counts as a 'task'?
+
Any completed delivery, pickup, service job, or ride marked as such by the driver. Failed-and-rescheduled attempts count once. Cancellations and unassigned tasks don't count.
Per-driver, per-task, or flat — which should we pick?
+
Per-driver is predictable when each driver completes 80+ tasks per month. Per-task is better when volume varies week to week. Flat works when finance wants one fixed line item and you'd rather not count anything.
How does annual billing work?

Annual billing is paid up front and saves 20% versus monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual at any renewal.
Is there a free pilot?

Can we mix billing models or change plans later?

Yes. You can move between models at the start of any billing month. Enterprise / Scale / Unlimited customers can also blend them under a single contract.
